How do I make a return?
We offer a 15-day Love-It-or-Leave-It Guarantee. This means that if you don't love
our products, for any reason, we'll take them back within 15 days after the day
on which you receive the goods.

- The items must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging, any used or damaged items are not returnable.
- The return delivery fee will need to be paid by the customer.

Where are your products made?
Our products are made by Chinese artisans in factories we spend a lot of time knowing and loving. Quality is paramount to us, which is why we only work with factories and suppliers who can produce quality products.

Do you provide repairs?
We do not provide repair service, but if there is a problem with your product, please send an email to support@makukke.com with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will do our best to help you with the situation.
How to clean the bag?
- PU leather should not be exposed to the sun too much, it is easy to crack; PU leather should not be scrubbed with a brush. To clean the bag, you can use toothpaste or detergent, squeeze the toothpaste on the pu leather, wipe it gently with a cloth, and then dry it in the shade.
- Cleaning of canvas bags:
Cold water cleaning: When cleaning the canvas bag, it is best to wash it in cold water, as hot water is easy to burn it, try to wash it by hand, do not use machine wash. Canvas bags are cotton, so don't use detergents that contain bleach, and it's best not to use fluorescent ones, or the bag will fade and become unsightly.
Regarding the amount of detergent: the canvas bag is made of cotton, and the color will fade if it is not cleaned properly, so try to reduce the amount of detergent when washing. If there are oil stains or other stubborn stains on the bag, you can use detergent to clean it, but it cannot If you use too much, the other parts can be washed gently in clean water without detergent.
