Washing Instructions for Different Types of Bags

Canvas Bags

1. Hand Wash: Mix a small amount of mild detergent with lukewarm water. Use a soft brush or cloth to gently scrub the canvas surface.
2. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any soap residue.
3. Dry: Allow the bag to air dry naturally. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading.

Corduroy Bags

1. Spot Clean: Use a damp cloth with a mild detergent to spot clean any stains.
2. Hand Wash: It is best to hand wash corduroy bags. Use cold water and a mild detergent. Gently scrub the surface with a soft brush or cloth.
3. Dry: Lay the bag flat to air dry. Avoid using a dryer as it can damage the fabric.

Denim Bags

1. Pre-treat Stains: Apply a small amount of liquid detergent directly to any stains and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
2. Hand Wash or Machine Wash: Hand wash in cold water or use a gentle cycle in the washing machine with cold water.
3. Dry: Hang the bag to air dry. Do not use a dryer as the heat can cause shrinking and damage.

Leather Bags

1. Wipe Down: Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe off any surface dirt.
2. Clean with Leather Cleaner: Apply a small amount of leather cleaner to a soft cloth and gently rub it into the leather in circular motions.
3. Condition: After cleaning, apply a leather conditioner to keep the leather soft and prevent it from cracking.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@makukke.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
